TUNICA,
TO ALL MEMBERS OF

Greetings:
The Fifth Annual Meeting of
the U.S. Freshwater Prawn & Shrimp Growers Association, Inc. is called to
meet December 9 - 10, 2005 in Tunica, Mississippi. The meeting will take place at the
A registration fee of $50.00
will be charged to each 2006 member attending the Annual Meeting if
registration is received by November 14, 2005, along with 2006 dues. Spouses are invited to attend and a
registration fee of $15.00 will be charged.
After the November 14 deadline, registrants pay an additional $20.00 meeting
fee.
A block of rooms has been
reserved at the Veranda Hotel at the rate of $69.00 per night plus tax. Because of Hurricane Katrina, the Tunica area
is receiving many additional requests for meeting accommodations. Therefore, reservations made after November 8
will be at $139.00 per night plus tax and this rate is subject to change. You are urged to make your reservations right
away.
Attached you will find hotel
information and meeting registration information, as well as a tentative agenda
for the meeting.
Please assist us in alerting
individuals interested in prawn production to the Annual Meeting by forwarding
this information to them and to local media.
